Honesuki is a small Japanese style boning knife for preparing poultry and can also be used for boning beef, pork, lamb or fish as well.
The blade is made of Swedish 12C27 stainless steel.
The handle is smoothly polished Black Bean secured with 3 brass and mosaic pins.
