The products and services for sale by SAITO KNIVES on this web site are not available to persons under 18 years old.
We currently charge a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in Australia. We ship your item approximately 2 to 3 business days, subject to availability of stock. Delivery is made by Australia post Signature On Delivery to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) and all goods must be signed for upon delivery. All parcels are fully insured by SAITO KNIVES. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel upon its delivery, the goods will be taken to your local post office and a card will be left in your mailbox advising you to collect it from there.
SAITO KNIVES will replace any goods which arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Return of the faulty/damaged item must be arranged by the customer. SAITO KNIVES will refund the cost of normal registered post if found to be at fault.
SAITO KNIVES will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition (never used, tried or washed) and in its original packaging.
Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice and are to be returned to SAITO KNIVES at the customers own cost and risk.
A copy of the receipt must accompany all returns as a record of purchase.
Please note that specially ordered items (e.g left handed knives, engraved products etc) are not refundable under any circumstances.

In order to process the returned goods, we require the inclusion of the following information:

• The reason for the return

• Your name and address

We will contact you to arrange a refund if we are unable to replace or exchange the goods. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card or by direct bank deposit.
All items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. In rare occasion, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not issue an exchange or credit note until the item(s) have been inspected upon return.
Please Note: SAITO KNIVES is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit to us. Hence we recommend that return the goods via Signature On Delivery.
