SAITO KNIVES By Masaaki Chef Knife Stainless 200mm


This Wa-Gyuto was handcrafted by our in-house knife master Masaaki Saito here in Brisbane.

Gyuto is a traditional Japanese style chef knife most commonly used in the kitchens in Japan and gaining popularity worldwide.

The thinly tapered blade is made of Swedish 12C27 stainless steel and has 50: 50 universal edge for both hand users.
12C27 is a high performance, very reliable knife steel and has an amazing reputation for easy maintenance and long edge life.

The semi octagonal handle is made of Teak and Rosewood locally sourced from Northern NSW. 
The polished natural wooden handles are so comfortable to hold and can add a beautiful colour to the kitchen.

This knife is one and only, made by our knife master Masaaki Saito from handle to blade at here and will work hard for the every cutting tasks.
