The Blade is made of Swedish 12C27 stainless steel and has 50: 50 universal edge.
12C27 is a high performance, very reliable knife steel and has an amazing reputation for easy maintenance and long edge life.
The octagonal handle is made of Silver Ash and Rosewood sourced from Northern NSW.
