This knife has a thin, balanced profile with beautiful Damascus pattern and the wide face ( 60mm blade width at heel ) makes it really easy to shred.
The blade is made of Aichi ( Japanese steel maker ) AUS-10 stainless steel as the core cutting edge, sanmai clad with layers of 410 stainless and Nickel to create beautiful Damascus patterns.
AUS-10 is a very reliable knife steel known for their fine structures and an excellent edge retention.
The blade is thinly tapered from up high to achieve smooth and flawless cutting performance.
The octagonal handle is made of Mulga topped with a Teak ferrule.
Australian hardwood handle not only looks beautiful but gives very comfortable feel and grip to your hand.
