Product Description

Paring knife ( or petty knife in Japan ) is one of the essential tools in the kitchen.
The small blade is perfect for peeling, slicing and any other delicate works.
This knife is made from Aritsugu’s original rust resistant carbon steel which keeps the sharpness and durability of carbon steel and yet , very easy to maintain.  Handle is made from Japanese Big Leaf Magnolia ( Ho wood ) which is naturally antiseptic, capped with Water Buffalo horn ring.
